The attorneys of Schönherr Putzker Rechtsanwälte GbR maintain the necessary professional liability insurance with AXA Versicherung AG, 51171 Cologne. The territorial scope of the insurance cover includes activities in the member states of the European Union and meets at least the requirements of § 51 BRAO.
Consumer dispute resolution:
Schönherr Putzker Rechtsanwälte GbR is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before consumer arbitration boards.
